What our research measures
Consensus studies measure which providers participating AI platforms recommend for a defined scenario. This is an observation about those responses, not a measurement of server speed, uptime, support quality, or security.
Service promises have conditions
Uptime commitments and service credits belong to the provider’s contract and may exclude maintenance, application errors, certain incidents, or unsupported configurations. A public headline does not replace the detailed terms.
Independent performance claims should identify the tested plan, region, workload, method, and date. Results from one configuration may not apply to another.
Evaluate the complete service
Check current specifications and service terms, perform workload-relevant tests, and plan recovery procedures. The relevant tradeoff may include predictable cost, operations capacity, migrations, reliability, and support as well as raw speed.
